Holiday Edition

December is the month when everyone’s nervous system tries its best to hold it together while navigating family expectations, end-of-year deadlines, consumer chaos, travel delays, and everyone's political hot take. 

This session is a space to refill your cup before you throw it at someone. 

We’re gathering in support of Foundation Communities, an Austin nonprofit providing affordable housing, supportive services, and educational programs for low-income families and individuals. They create stable homes so people can build better lives. In a season where many are stretched thin, Foundation Communities is doing the real work of keeping folks safe, housed, and supported.

This 90-minute session is led by yoga therapist and Viasomatic nervous system coach Jenn Wooten. She’ll guide you through somatic tools, breath practices, and restorative techniques designed to discharge holiday stress and remind your system that peace is not just a word thrown around for the holidays, but a state of embodied ease.

You don’t have to white-knuckle your way through the season. Together, we’ll co-create space for release and restoration, so you feel held, supported, and reminded that collective care is still possible, even in December.

Rest isn’t the reward you get after surviving the holidays. It’s what helps you meet them with clarity and compassion. We’ll guide you into deep parasympathetic states so your body can exhale, reset, and come back into balance.

Reclaim the Intelligence of Your Body

Your body knows when enough is enough. It’s the compass that can guide you back to yourself with honesty, tenderness, and zero shame. Learn to listen closely and follow its lead.

Resilience Is Still Possible

When the season gets loud, you can still find your quiet center. Your capacity for recovery is built-in. Let’s nurture it together through breath, movement, stillness, and solidarity.
