Pride Month Edition 

It’s Pride Month. And while our resilience is strong, trans and LGBTQ+ rights are being dismantled daily. This month (and every month), we’re leaning into that resilience, celebrating love in all its forms, and standing with the National Center for Trans Equality as they fight for policy change, trans rights, and the basic dignity, safety, and justice every person deserves. Pride has always been more than a celebration. It began as protest, as resistance, as a refusal to be erased. And while we continue that fight, we also gather to refill our own cups, because staying engaged requires nervous system steadiness and the nourishment of community.

Pop in and restore some goodness in your nervous system and hope in your heart.

This session will be led by Viasomatic nervous system coach Kelly Marshall, who will guide you in simple, science-backed tools that help discharge stress, expand capacity, and bring the body back into a place of steadiness in the face of ongoing uncertainty. You’ll leave feeling more grounded, more resourced, and buoyed by the power of gathering with others who are equally committed to both resistance and resilience. Because collective care is part of the work.
