I'm Sam Pullen, a Louisiana native who now calls Austin home. I'm I am a Viasomatic Nervous System coach, a 500-hour RYT Yoga Teacher and a certified Yoga Therapist specializing in helping individuals and groups navigate the challenges of stress, trauma, anxiety, and depression. Jenn Wooten

I am a Viasomatic Nervous System coach, a certified yoga therapist, a trauma-informed somatics educator, and the founder of Viasomatic. I specialize in nervous system health and recovery from stress and trauma. I’ve had the privilege of supporting Olympic athletes, medical doctors, energy healers, mental health specialists, and individuals with complex trauma and chronic illness in navigating their nervous system health and recovery.
