Welcome! I’m a certified yoga therapist, trauma-informed nervous system coach, and founder of Viasomatic. For over 30 years, I’ve studied holistic, mind-body, and somatic practices to support trauma healing and nervous system resilience.
Along the way, I’ve had the honor of supporting Olympic athletes, physicians, first responders, Military personnel, CEOs, caregivers, women in the sandwich generation, and others navigating high-stress lives—helping them master their nervous systems and reconnect with a deep sense of steadiness inside.
The tools I share in this program are practices that have supported my own healing in deep, life-changing ways. I’ve turned to them during some of the hardest chapters of my life, and again and again they’ve helped me find my way back to center.
This work isn’t about fixing ourselves or chasing perfection. It’s about learning how to walk through life—especially the messy, uncertain, or painful parts—with more grace, choice, and self-trust. My goal is to help you to develop a steady inner state to come home to, again and again, through the body. This is the heart of Viasomatic.
