Move Your Nervous System: A Somatic Healing Experience

From Reactivity to Release

When life feels like a nonstop reaction—like you’re stuck in overdrive—your nervous system’s just doing its job: keeping you safe. But living in constant “go mode” can leave you feeling wired, restless, and trapped in cycles of burnout. Join us to Move Your Nervous System and learn how to release all that built-up tension, so you can respond to life with a little more chill and a lot more ease.

Restore your body’s natural rhythm.

From fight to flight, if your nervous system’s been stuck in overdrive we’ll help you
gently hit pause, release that tension, and guide your body back to its natural
rhythm with movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and sound healing.

Find embodied safety.

Safety doesn’t come from avoiding stress—it comes from knowing you can shift it. We’ll help you experience what it feels like to release tension and drop into the steadiness beneath your body’s defenses.

Be in Community.

There’s something powerful about letting go together. Share space with others who get what it’s like to feel overwhelm and move through it together.

Understand the science.

Your body isn’t overreacting—it’s reacting perfectly for survival. We’ll explain the sympathetic nervous system, the fight-or-flight response, and how you can signal your body when it’s time to calm down.

Reconnect with rest.

When you’re constantly on alert, it’s easy to lose touch with what you need. This session is about helping you turn on your rest and digest nervous system and recover your peace.
