Move Your Nervous System: A Somatic Healing Experience

From Reactivity to Release

When life is moving too fast, and every moment feels like a reaction, your nervous system steps in to protect, to endure. But staying stuck in overdrive has its cost: tension builds, restlessness lingers, and ease feels out of reach.

Join us for Move Your Nervous System, a restorative experience designed to gently unwind what’s been held too long. Reclaim your calm, and meet life with softness, clarity, and grace.
  • Sunday, June 22nd, 3pm - 6:30pm
  • Investment $150
  • Studio location in East Austin, close to MLK and Airport

Restore your body’s natural rhythm.

From fight to flight, if your nervous system’s been stuck in overdrive we’ll help you
gently hit pause, release that tension, and guide your body back to its natural
rhythm with movement, breathwork, somatic practices, and sound healing.

Find embodied safety.

Safety doesn’t come from avoiding stress—it comes from knowing you can shift it. We’ll help you experience what it feels like to release tension and drop into the steadiness beneath your body’s defenses.

Be in Community.

There’s something powerful about letting go together. Share space with others who get what it’s like to feel overwhelm and move through it together.

Understand the science.

Your body isn’t overreacting—it’s reacting perfectly for survival. We’ll explain the sympathetic nervous system, the fight-or-flight response, and how you can signal your body when it’s time to calm down.

Reconnect with rest.

When you’re constantly on alert, it’s easy to lose touch with what you need. This session is about helping you turn on your rest and digest nervous system and recover your peace.
