An Intensive 4-Day Retreat for

Recovering from Anxiety, Trauma, and Grief

If you are feeling stuck, numb, or shut down, this 4-day retreat is an intensive educational and experiential process that will support you in healing and restoring well-being in your nervous system, in your body, and your spirit.

Chronic stress and trauma can wreak havoc on the nervous system and have persistent and lifelong effects on our immune system, our mental health, and our ability to direct life intentionally for ourselves. The good news is that we can heal our nervous system, and restore resilience and well-being.

Based on current research in neuroscience and mental health this program takes a bottom-up approach to healing using integrative holotropic breathwork, somatic practices, and nervous system regulation tools. Our methods are rooted in polyvagal theory, somatic release practices, and guided breathwork.
"When we learn how to become resilient, we learn to embrace the beautifully broad spectrum of human experience."
~ Jaeda Dewalt

Jenn Wooten

(she/her) E-RYT and C-IAYT

Hello and welcome! I am a certified yoga therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher and teacher trainer, and the founder of Viasomatic. I've spent 30 years studying holistic, mind-body, and somatic practices for trauma healing and nervous system resilience.

Now, my work now is primarily guiding yoga teachers and mental health professionals to use movement for recovery from trauma and post-traumatic stress. Through this platform, we offer effective tools regulating the nervous system and recovering from stress, anxiety and trauma - tools which have enhanced my own well-being in immeasurable ways.

I believe in this work to empower you to take an active role in your well-being, foster personal agency, and create post-traumatic growth. I am committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive space, where you can explore the transformative power of yoga therapy.

Brenda is a licensed clinical therapist who uses a somatic lens and specializes in working with recovery from complex trauma, addiction, and ADHD.

I am a breathwork facilitator and licensed clinical therapist specializing in recovery from developmental trauma, addiction, and ADHD. My transformational experience in breathwork 18 years ago inspired my career shift into psychotherapy. The principles and philosophy of Integrative Breathwork serve as the foundation of my therapeutic approach and have inspired my continued studies in nervous system regulation and training in additional somatic modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, TRE, and Yoga.

Over the years, I have adapted the breathwork process to include the most up-to-date learnings from neuroscience and trauma research. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformational qualities that breathwork can facilitate on multiple levels across body, mind, and spirit. Consequently, I am excited to help educate others so they can begin incorporating this powerful modality into their own practices in a responsible and effective way. I have been facilitating breathwork workshops for communities, residential treatment centers, and individuals for more than 15 years.
