Each week you’ll learn clear tools for nervous system health. We work with movement, breath, and self-regulation practices that help you recover from stress. Every session includes guided movement and breathwork to calm and reset the nervous system. These practices help you feel steady again and more in control.

What is your body telling you?

Feeling stuck in a transition? Overwhelmed by stress or anxiety? Healing from trauma? Or wanting to grow and feel more grounded? You do not have to figure it out alone.

The Nervous System Recovery Group Program is a six-week journey into movement, breathwork, mindfulness, and education. You will learn about the fight, flight, freeze, and flop responses and how your body protects you when life gets overwhelming.

This is where you learn to work with your nervous system instead of fighting it. You move beyond overthinking and into real healing by reconnecting with your body.
