Neurosomatic Integrative Repatterning

Expanding Resilience with Breathwork

Are you feeling trapped in old patterns or disconnected, yearning to make room for joy and vibrancy? Curious about the transformative potential of breathwork and intrigued by expanding consciousness without psychedelics? If you are feeling numb, overwhelmed, or stuck, unsure how to navigate healing alone, join us in a supportive community.  Through rhythmic breathwork, you’ll discover pathways to release burdens, reconnect with your spirit, gain clarity, and forge meaningful connections with others on a similar journey.

This monthly series caters to newcomers curious about breathwork and seasoned practitioners seeking a refresher. This approach can alleviate stress and anxiety, enhance creativity and problem-solving, foster spiritual growth, facilitate emotional release, and promote self-awareness and well-being. These short-form breathwork sessions are an introduction to our immersive breathwork programs that promote deeper trauma healing and integration.

You will experience:
  • In-depth trauma-informed guidance to prepare you for your breathwork journey.

Meet Your Guides

Jenn Wooten

(she/her) E-RYT and C-IAYT

Hello and welcome! I am a certified yoga therapist, trauma-informed yoga teacher and teacher trainer, and the founder of Viasomatic. I've spent 30 years studying holistic, mind-body, and somatic practices for trauma healing and nervous system resilience.

Now, my work now is primarily guiding yoga teachers and mental health professionals to use movement for recovery from trauma and post-traumatic stress. Through this platform, we offer effective tools regulating the nervous system and recovering from stress, anxiety and trauma - tools which have enhanced my own well-being in immeasurable ways.

I believe in this work to empower you to take an active role in your well-being, foster personal agency, and create post-traumatic growth. I am committed to creating a nurturing and inclusive space, where you can explore the transformative power of yoga therapy.

Brenda is a licensed clinical therapist who uses a somatic lens and specializes in working with recovery from complex trauma, addiction, and ADHD.

I am a breathwork facilitator and licensed clinical therapist specializing in recovery from developmental trauma, addiction, and ADHD. My transformational experience in breathwork 18 years ago inspired my career shift into psychotherapy. The principles and philosophy of Integrative Breathwork serve as the foundation of my therapeutic approach and have inspired my continued studies in nervous system regulation and training in additional somatic modalities, including Somatic Experiencing, TRE, and Yoga.

Over the years, I have adapted the breathwork process to include the most up-to-date learnings from neuroscience and trauma research. I wholeheartedly believe in the transformational qualities that breathwork can facilitate on multiple levels across body, mind, and spirit. Consequently, I am excited to help educate others so they can begin incorporating this powerful modality into their own practices in a responsible and effective way. I have been facilitating breathwork workshops for communities, residential treatment centers, and individuals for more than 15 years.
